When can I get my Serial Number?
You will receive your Serial Number immediately after your payment.
What if I have paid for the program, but still not received the serial number?
Hopefully you've received the Confirmation Email including your SN sent by our Auto Reply Email System within several minutes after your payment. In case you haven't got it in time, it might be blocked by the anti-spam filters. Please check your junk or spam folder.
Is it allowable to use the serial number on two computers?
Please note that for Personal Version one SN could be only used on one computer at the same time. If you want to use it on the second computer, I'm afraid that you should buy a new SN or uninstall the program from the current computer then install it on a new PC and activate it using your SN. While for Business Version, one SN could be used on unlimited computers at the same time.
How much does it cost?
We offer two kinds of license types: Personal Version and Business Version. Personal Version is $99 for Only One User, while Business Version is $199 for Unlimited Users. If you're not ready to buy, you can download and try it for free.

Why should I provide a plain text version for HTML email?
While HTML email is eye-catching and being employed more and more, particularly for email marketing, it is and always will be true that: HTML email is not always readable for some of your recipients. Some popular email readers (e.g. Pegasus) simply don't read HTML email; others (Pocomail and even AOL) have difficulties displaying it properly. So, don't ignore these recipients by creating your message in "HTML and Plain Text" format (Format = HTML Message or Format = Text Message). Prepare a text version of your message for these people, if a recipient can't open your HTML email, he or she can still get the text version.
Will a recipient see other email addresses on my list?
No. EMS Bulk Email Sender sends its messages directly to each customer, one at a time, personally and privately. The recipients only see what they need to see, and they sure don't see the other names on your mailing list.
My message contains non-English language, will it be OK?
Yes. EMS Bulk Email Sender supports all international character sets and languages. When you compose a non-English message, you should select the corresponding character set for this email.
